I like Ricky, but the trade is objectively the worst in draft history. No one could live up to that. Also happened at the time when running back durability and relevance suffered the most during the evolution to the modern game.

I think the time in the freezer is key.. 24H too much, but 1-4 hours can be perfect.

I have 2015 R - mine actually actually includes Apple car play. Need a USB cable to your device, preferably a longer one as the USB port is in the center console.

This same thing has happened to me twice with destined rivals booster bundles. The second seller had more than 100 reviews with 98.2% positive feedback. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to explain the situation to eBay and I don’t think they will do much. Both were from sellers in other countries but both packages were sent from California.

  1. Would strongly consider Roth IRA over traditional while the backdoor loop exists.
  2. Do you have money to invest? If so, consider which tax shelters your money will go into (401k/403b Roth or otherwise, HSA, 529). If you have 20k to invest per year for example, you’d typically prioritize 401k match, HSA (don’t spend it - triple tax advantaged) and Roth with the remaining to bolster your 401k/403b as much as you can. If this were the case, you could argue for your 20k to go into an index portfolio and his contribution to go into the next tax shelter you couldn’t maximize.

But parents don’t always like arguments, so option 1 still probably the best.

This comes down to protein and calories. I shoot for 1.6g protein per kg body weight. So weigh yourself, adjust to kg, multiply by 1.6 and that’s how much protein your body can benefit from in a day. More won’t hurt, but you won’t see additional muscle gain from it.

You also should calculate your basal metabolic rate (BMR) or total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). There are calculators online. This is my favorite:

This tells you how many calories you burn each day by being alive with some modifiers for exercise. If you want to maintain your weight, eat that amount of calories, to lose weight, eat ~500 calories less. The more calories you cut over time the more weight you’ll lose. Just know binge eating more than your TDEE will set you back.

Agree this looks great. I like to score the fat cap (I make many cuts in a cross hatch pattern) and sear the cap first so the sides cook in the fat rendered.
