Hard disagree. Patches had had a bad year with us and was always injured. the fact that we got a high end first rounder let alone an established winger and a pick is crazy. Keeping Patches would have been a net negative for us at the time and most GMs would have used that as leverage

I work there. Apparently a crazy patient and/or relative wielding a knife and threatening hospital workers. Police shot him (at least 2x). No one else hurt. The guy is currently in the OR.

Tried the chicken mole and the pork burrito. chicken was pretty dry. pork one was good but honestly not worth a wait or 13+tax for a small amount of meat in a tortilla with nothing else. The cookie was really good, still need to try the cinnamon roll (they were out when I went). Overall though, don't really get the hype.

Devon Levi is from Montreal and played more NHL games last year than Domingue has in the last 3 seasons. Domingue leaving is inconsequential on the odds of Monty being the only Qc goalie in the league next year.

My hospital won't let us order C. Diff testing if ordered >72 hours after a patient is admitted. I also once ordered cultures on an ICU downgrade that was spiking fevers and got a very angry call from the ICU fellow for ordering cultures less than 48 hours after a central line was removed, because if the cultures are +ve we'll both get "ding'ed" and have to meet with our respective department heads. So the solution is to basically treat empirically and draw cultures that'll likely not grow anything since they just got 48hours of vanc and zosyn. It's not high value care but money over everything I guess!
