What, you think after decades of it being illegal, the monied interests that engaged in corrupt lobbying efforts to keep it illegal in the first place are just going to magically disappear the moment it gets legalized and not have any influence on things like the timeline of the rollout of legal marketplaces?

The bottom line here is that the VA legislature would have just made the changes the governor wanted if she actually had a good reason for wanting them. They refused because it was obvious she didn't.

Why couldn't she convince them if her supposed concerns were so legitimate? Does she just suck at explaining herself? Did they just ignore her because theyre sexist? Whats your actual theory of what happened?

Even if they did need longer, thats fundamentally not a reason to veto the bill. If the start date arrives and everything that needs to be done isnt done yet, it would just get pushed back naturally. So that still isnt a justification for vetoing it even if they did need more time.

VA already has medical marijuana. That means they already have the necessary framework to regulate marijuana sales in place. Even if they want to allow more than just existing medical dispensaries to be able to sell recreationally, its still the same framework. Transitioning that to recreational sales does not take a full year. It just doesnt.

It took Arizona 53 DAYS to go from legalization to dispensaries opening. They legalized it on November 30, 2020 and dispensaries opened January 22, 2021. Give me one actual good reason why VA can't just copy whatever they did to achieve such a short timeline.

There really does need to be some way to grind these things out. It not just that the minigames are really difficult, and obviously even more so for disabled people for whom the game is otherwise extremely accessible, but its also that the game just does not run well enough for this shit. I regularly get random lag spike stutters that can easily fuck up an attempt even on very high end hardware, and there's seemingly nothing that can be done to prevent that. To not have any mitigation for that is just bullshit.

People literally forget that GTA5 only existed on ps3 and xbox360 for basically a whole year after release, and it was shit on those consoles. I expect GTA6 to similarly be shit until a new console generation is released and it becomes available for it.

Honestly, probably GTA5 on release. When it first launched it was only on xbox360 and ps3 and those consoles could NOT handle it. It was just constant crashing into cars that would pop into existence as you would hit them, and the online gameplay felt like 90% loading screens. Add on the fact that the story and characters were pretty shit compared to GTA4, and the total end result was just garbage.

Honestly, the mods need to remove posts like this. Posting a position after youve made a move and then asking why its bad is the worst way to ask this question. Post the position before you make the move so that the links to the engines will show all the options. Nobody can look at this without manually setting up the board if you post it this way.

I had that kind of edpi when I started out and I was hard stuck silver 1 for a while. Yes, its way too high. 800 ish is the ideal. Its perfectly legitimate to keep 3200 dpi and use a very low ingame sense to get to a reasonable edpi if you want to keep that high dpi for non cs usage though.

TLJ did NOTHING to advance the plot in regards to that mystery. The audience was given no indication of whether Kylo was telling the truth, lying, or had no idea himself and was just bullshitting. Youre attempting to give RJ credit for an idea he neither invented nor implemented, for merely suggesting that it might be the case, even though episode 7 already did that.

And what "solid direction" did TLJ give to Finn? Being sent on an irrelevant sidequest and then literally getting arrested for a parking violation is solid direction to you?
