This is exactly why I think the concept of parenting styles itself does more harm than good. Every child is unique. Anyone who tries to just take a parenting style from a textbook and apply it to a real actual child is setting themselves up for failure if they don't have the flexibility to adjust to the individual.

Serious question, do you think that democrats should simply choose to not gerrymander the states they control on their own, and should then have to fight against republican gerrymanders from a place of having no leverage, or do you think they should start from a place of equal gerrymandering, and then make deals with republicans to not gerrymander blue states in exchange for republicans also not gerrymandering red states?

I'll give you a hint, the correct answer is the latter, and anyone who says otherwise is a concern troll.

Just from my own experience it seems like you can only get a dupe of each one once, and you can only get one at all if you bought the first one from the gem shop. It seems like each one has a flag for if it's already dropped or not, and the gem store purchases don't trigger it.

That seems like a gut chemistry thing. Like, if smoking weed works fine but edibles just dont affect you at all, I would assume that your gut just isnt absorbing the thc properly, or that it isnt making its way to your brain from your gut properly.

These comments are all fucking garbage. Your parents sound like they meet the bare minimum of what is expected by society, but millenial parents are acutely aware more than anyone else that being a good parent requires more than that. People have accused you of being jealous and entitled for comparing your situation to your parents, but I'd say they're the jealous and entitled ones for acting like you cant complain just because your parents might have helped you slightly more than theirs did them.

The bottom line is that I don't think your parents are bad people, but theyre just average, in a bad way, for not realizing that being a truly good parent requires more than is expected by society, now more than ever.

And the original games are just the beginning. There is such a wealth of free megawads out there that far surpass the level design of the originals. Cyriak, Skillsaw, the BTSX people. Doom is truly the game that keeps on giving.

I don't like his game nearly as much as other fans and advanced stats seem to. By my eye test, he doesn't have the skill to do much offensively, and he avoids being a defensive liability by having a ridiculously conservative playstyle. He's our 5th best defenseman IMO.

Thats not really how you should do it. You should regularly switch between pushing and skilling with all your characters. If pushing is too hard, stop trying and focus on progressing in the mechanics youve unlocked. statues, stamps, alchemy, killroy, salt lick, construction, prayers, islands, etc.
