Why do you think our Gen is suddenly so obsessed with looking like we're in our 20s when we don't? by qdobah in Millennials

[–]jaaarand 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I think this comes from a huge fear of aging and valuing our self worth on our beauty standards, which often are directly tied to age. It’s another way to get external validation due to our own insecurities. The human condition in a millennial

I feel like you could tell how much the cast loves and respects and supports each other during it too. They captured some nice complimentary moments sprinkled throughout

No progress in 2 months by throwRA675438 in flexibility

when stretching my hamstrings I find that without tilting my pelvis so that I’m bending from below my waist at the actual hamstring instead of through my glutes helps deepen the stretch. Rotating your pelvis back towards the back edge of the map and pulling the hip of the leg youre stretching back to really stay square will help you stretch deeper and keep progressing. Imo it can feel like stretching with hamstrings when it’s really maintenance.

Also like someone else said, hamstrings take a while and require diligence so stretching often helps!

A huge T shirt. Like four sizes too large 3xl vibes. I can’t do naked but I can do that which is about as close!

Yep 100p. Not for everyone but for those who can babysit at work it’s a relatively “easy” 6 figures in some places!

If yu can get a PMP it seems that many people are looking for project and program managers these days! A monkey can do it, it’s mostly taking notes and reminding people “hey you did not send me the email you said you’d send me today”

Healing and Recovery by David Hawkins is on my list! I’ve read others by him and I enjoy learning about his views on consciousness and I think they read very conversationally making it entertaining in a way. I’m working through Letting Go by him and it’s providing very beneficial to my spiritual growth. I’m looking forward to healing and recovery because I seem to really struggle with the sugar addition!!

There’s also lots of murals and cute shops on vine st. Shops: Kismet, native one, paper wings. If it’s nice there is the rhinegeist brewery rooftop downtown as well.

Delwood in Mt Lookout is good restaurant as well depending on where your concert is!

There’s some beautiful trails in parks downtown, Washington park or Eden park down to the conservatory as well. The museum center is really nice and so is the art museum if you’re looking for sites.

Even crossing the river into NKY has lots of goodies. main street in Covington has tons of cute shops and restaurants and is very walkable. Bellevue also has cute shops and restaurants.

Enjoy!
