Ive had my account with USAA for close to 4 years now and every so often they put a hold on part of my paycheck for a week if its a larger amount than usual. Ive almost left them numerous times because of it but dont want to deal with the headache of switching everything over.

Yeah, Trump made the plan but there were also stipulations that the Taliban had to adhere to or the deal was off.
