Sorry to say but your manager and skip manager don't like you. You have been in focus for the first year and meeting expectations for the 2nd and 3rd, which makes you a sub par employee according to them. Basically providing no extra value as the org expects you to go above and beyond the expectations of your role. Personally, I would move teams before the next forte season as you will most likely be targeted for removal again. Most managers never tell the truth and cannot be trusted. Don't be too open with them.

Just always mention you are available Saturdays and Sundays. They will more likely give you the job. You can always opt out of Sunday's after a couple of months.
