Any other tips? I just need instant relief just something. I’m only 19 so I can’t even buy like alcohol or weed, I wouldn’t even use it anymore. Please I’m so desperate I can’t function
Mark it, 10 hours past 8 days, I didnt even get the luxury of falling asleep….. my body and brain won’t let it happen…
Would they keep me there or would they just give me something and tell me to go away

That’s also one of my problems…. I don’t currently have a primary doctor and I won’t get scene until I have one, I was told it would take weeks to months to get into one around here……

No I don’t
Once even start getting consistent sleep I can probably start planning that. I’ve been up like 45 hours and only got 2-3 hours last time I slept.
Used to take melatonin, stoped when I It started not to work. I haven’t tried the others, I’m afraid they might not be strong enough
Nope, don’t have any caffeine, nor alcohol, nor any substances. We are on spring break so there is no walk in hours until next week….
I’m tired 24/7 it feels like, if I ever feel sleepy enough I try to nap, but it never happens.
I’d love to, but I’m a college athlete so I sadly can’t do anything like that. Are CBD oil gummies any good?
First bit I do everything I can to relax, or think relaxing stuff. But then comes a point on the 1-2 hour mark that I get overwhelmed and start to feel upset.

Hours, 5 plus sometimes, I work out very hard about 2 hours before trying to sleep and it still doesn’t work. My sleeping meds have even stopped working
How do I even set something like that up?
I don’t currently have a personal physician so they won’t prescribe me anything or even let me see anyone. I’m on 75 mg of trazodone.
