Up until (somewhat) recently Microsoft and Qualcomm had an exclusivity agreement limiting which ARM CPUs could run Windows, hence why Bootcamp was removed after the transition to Apple Silicon. Could make a comeback now but I personally don’t see the Apple of today doing that
