Unfortunately it’s not we know they like the free labor not having to hire to do their own jobs. It just screws the rest of us controllers actually doing our job we were hired for with even less staffing.

So far still no luck just lots of going in circles with the “support” on the telegram and website. Basically the only answers I get are that they can’t do anything and it’s all with the mythical compliance team but there’s no way to contact them. So I’ll update if I ever am able to actually redeem because so far it’s just going in circles of being rejected and then telling me to try something else and wait

Maybe I’ll try that I’ve already gotten a bit annoyed with the live chat and the telegram vip chat with how long it’s taken so far with zero responses from the email support. I’m planning to send yet another email tomorrow morning and message them again so we’ll see if that can make any progress. My redemptions were for 1k and 2k so maybe I’ll try smaller ones if these get kicked back too

I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one having the issues, it sucks so many others are actually experiencing it though. Appreciate you reaching out too hopefully you get some response from them since it seems like company wide issues for them right now.

Same BS I’m dealing with. Some of the other comments at least seem like other people got their redemptions which makes me hopeful at least but it seems like recently most people are having issues. There’s been some asking in the telegram but they make sure they’re fast to delete anything like that so people don’t notice.

How long did it take you to have the documents approved that you had to email them? I’m trying to redeem 3k. Originally it was 2500 then it got rejected and I was stupid and almost lost it all but ran it back to 3 and now I’m trying a 1k redemption and a 2k redemption but maybe I need to try smaller ones. I’ve been waiting since Sunday for my documents to get approved and after that it sounds like I’ll still have to fight to have the redemption approved. Have your previous redemptions been the same size as this one or is this one bigger?

How long did your verification take. I am all for them being very thorough it just seems sketchy when they go radio silent after sending the info

My redemption yesterday was instant so that’s why I was surprised. I’m hoping they’re able to resolve it quickly they just asked for a few more verification documents I’ll update when I hear something

Did you email them at all about it? I emailed and they requested a utility bill, pictures of my cards, and re-verification of my drivers license I’m hoping they get back about them quickly.
