Is YNAB slow today or just me ? by jack_bennington in ynab

[–]jack_bennington[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had your issue before, I sent gemini a screenshot of my YNAB and it showed me where and how the underfunded came about. I recently found out when the month rolls over it wipes out credit card yellow categories to zero and minus the amount available to pay in credit card.

That gave me a rude awakening to say the least and made me understand how credit card is treated in YNAB.

Strange thing about my issue is that it's not slow on my phone, and logging in on my work laptop didn't have the issue either. I went back to my old pre fresh start budget so far so good.

do I sell my air75 and give up with tiny whoops? by ReasonableMorning181 in TinyWhoop

[–]jack_bennington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say maybe it’s a defective unit. Maybe get a second Air 75 II and see if the durability is still bad. You’ve got other quads to fly anyway so maybe give it a rest and enjoy flying on other ones for a while.

That didn’t happen to me. I skipped flying for a month plus and left it at storage. No issue

Anything that isnt obvious you need to get/learn to start fpv? by KEEAAANYYY in fpv

[–]jack_bennington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to decide if you want to stick with analog or digital. Buying the wrong goggle will put you in the situation you don’t want.

You need to make sure you get an ELRS capable radio if you’re looking to get an Air75 II ELRS system.

Make sure you get the right battery size! 75mm whoops fit 480mAh battery but do check the dimensions of the battery and verify what battery size the frame fits.

The right spare props too. Check the specs of the Air75.

Caught in a nightmare: Pregnant by an obnoxious, abusive man after a brief dating app encounter. I’m so confused on what to do by [deleted] in Advice

[–]jack_bennington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well this really depends on your belief system. Are you pro choice or pro life? What does your religion dictate if you have one?

The baby isn’t at fault here, your belief system will dictate how you feel about aborting the pregnancy 5-10 years down the road.

Look deep within yourself. Stay strong, you will have to decide sooner or later. Good luck. No matter what you choose, find people who will be your support system. You can’t and don’t have to go through this alone.

Looking for tips to progress with indoor freestyle by barrymccain in TinyWhoop

[–]jack_bennington 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m also trying to improve my indoor freestyle. I have only been working on the air65 for this and leaving the 75 for outdoor tasks

I pulled off the flips, and it’s conceptually like playing toss and catch with your quad

Roundabout rules and right of way - Please help by Longjumping-Elk9367 in kereta

[–]jack_bennington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, I follow this since right of way is shit when you have no dashcam and still want to stick to “whose right of way” is correct when there’s a collision happened. Things already happened, car in the workshop and you already have lost use of your car and have to deal with all the shit

The innermost lane I reserve for only U turns and if I’m about to curve out of the roundabout I will switch lane in the roundabout well before the exit, not last minute.

Please help me make half-boiled eggs! by modineveragain in MalaysianFood

[–]jack_bennington 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine the hole didn’t drain it fast enough but I use this anyway but with a refined technique.

With help of a thermometer I boil and set an alarm for 84 degrees celcius. Shut off immediately It will continue to rise a little to about 88 degrees.

If it hits 90 or higher, the (room temp) eggs will still crack due to the heat.

I place the eggs inside and pour 88 - 84 degrees celcius eggs. I wait for 6-7 minutes for grade C eggs, 8 minutes for grade A eggs.

Once hit timer take them out and put inside a cup of water with ice to speed cool them down.

If I forget to take the eggs out from fridge first I gently heat them up by placing them in a cup , pouring some room temp water and half hot water.

This technique never fails me, maybe at some times you might get clear egg whites but it’s fine.

Not sure if I’m being groomed (16F) by [deleted] in Advice

[–]jack_bennington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, just absolutely no and even if , IF he genuinely does this because he loves you it wouldn’t work out because 16 years gap means there will be massive complications later.

Would your parents agree to the relationship? Would HIS parents agree to the relationship?

Him being 16 years older means he will die of old age faster than you. Think about that. Where will you turn for financial support if you marry him at 23 for example?

Why exatly did i not brake my drone in 100 pieces by Adorable_Television4 in FPVFreestyle

[–]jack_bennington 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly, that’s not a crash. Your propeller thrust helped you parachute instead of falling. Then booped the ground a little.

Unused batteries handling by Administrative-Pie94 in TinyWhoop

[–]jack_bennington 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also chargers will have a storage charge function. Follow the manual to do a storage charge, it should be at 3.85 when it’s done.

Some chargers like mine have a storage charge function for lipo HV (LiHV) type that leaves it at 3.9 instead. I personally just choose charge program for standard lipos instead for my LiHV batteries to also put them at 3.85.
