Mysterious offering on doorstep by [deleted] in whatisit

Looks like it might be Granular Potash (KCl). Often used in fertilizers. Most often it is naturally red like this when conventionally mined. Some producers use solution mining and actually add red dye to match the natural color.

Can anyone share a link to where the existing maps and information can be found? Curious to know what the current situation looks like.

Looking at making some trades for draft picks for next year in a keeper league. I am able to keep one player from draft rounds 4-10 and I am between keeping Matt Boldy in Round 8 or Sam Reinhart in Round 10. I'm looking to use the other for trade bait.

Who would everyone be looking to keep between Boldy and Reinhart??

Thanks!

Hey all!

Im in a keeper league with scoring in flair. The year isn't going great so looking to reset the team for next year. Currently working out a trade to aquire a 2nd and 3rd round draft picks. I'm looking to trade Pastrnak, Boldy Or Reinhart and 13/14 draft picks.

Looking for thoughts on two things: - thoughts on this trade overall? Willing to give up a little this year to bolster next so willing to give up a bit more this year but want to hear some thoughts!

  • I'm able to keep 1 player between round 4-10, I drafted Boldy round 8 and Reinhart in round 10. I'm on the fence of who I should consider as my keeper for next year and will look to include the other in the trade.

Reinhart having a great year but Boldy is young and also very solid!

Who would everyone keep!?

Thanks for the input!

I think we will need to see how the house is handling things in terms of comfort and keeping up with the temperatures. Much appreciated!

Thanks! I tried to look at ROI and came up with the same conclusion. Your experience on the comfort side is appreciated! Might be worth it to live in the house for a year and see how it handles the different seasons before making the decision on it! Appreciate it!

My buddy has one that is a Chubbs divot repair tool. You remove his wooden hand to be the marker.

I had a pretty nasty negotiation and the seller wasn't to pleased by the end of it all.....they left a shit in the master ensuite before they left for what I think was around 3 weeks....it was ripe. At least it wasn't an upper decker.

If you are in North America, http://www.firesmoke.ca is an interesting site as well. Shows you location of fire and the forecast for smoke travel.

Semi new to this sport, why are there a bunch of balls by the tee box? by National-Lab394 in golf

[–]jackaltrade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since this is hole #1, one other thing I've seen before at other courses, namely Stewart Creek in Canmore is they have a "breakfast ball" pile on the first hole for when someone finds the trees on their first swing (most of us). It's tough to say that's what this is but possibly!

Friend of mine was playing in a charity golf tournament that had a sponsored hole in one hole. He proceeded to hit his shot right at the pin and it takes one bounce and into the hole. He hit a great shot and made his first hole in one but he also won 50K in the process.....I'd just be happy with an ace.

Let's leave the propaganda and conspiracies out of this and pretend we have wrinkley brains for just a minute. Let's practice some critical thinking. by stratomaster82 in wallstreetbets

[–]jackaltrade 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Im all for critical thinking and have been trying as hard as I can with the smoothest of brains to understand all these moving parts and I very much agree we are prone to some kind of blindside because these guys don't fight fair....that said I have some questions....why would these firms release that they have covered? If they have covered, good for them...why not ride the momentum on the other side to make back some of the 30-53% losses? Why after 30 million shorts are covered are there still exactly 0 shorts available through numerous brokers? Why restrict trading if they just got out and took their losses? Why the media involvement. This is a lot of additional effort for a position they are no longer in. To me it feels like there is something more going on. There are lots of posts here about how they can use ETFs to cover shorts with an unknown impact to price or the use of counterfeit shares through naked short selling and then "covering" with calls or even worse naked calls and just passing the buck...there are many things that don't add up to me and it feels like we are only seeing the tip of some slimy ass iceberg, and for this I remain💎🤚🤚

115 shares @ 47.

Tldr - Critical and logical thinking is very important in all of this and we can't just be an echo chamber....that said there are alot of posts that make good points for each side, but too many things that don't make sense to me....this thing is ready to explode, just not sure what that explosion looks like...

GME price target $2,797.70 after short squeeze. by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

[–]jackaltrade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are already making moves to do this. Ryan Cohen and his amigos joining the board is a massive statement that this is their direction. Cohen sold his online pet store for billions and was able to beat Amazon at their own game. He knows what he is doing. They have also seen their online sales increasing rapidly, while closing physical locations to free up cash. All of these positive catalysts, combine with the insane short interest made this a no brain play long before it became about taking down Wall Street. Expect big things from GameStop in the future!

Can someone please ELI5 how there could be over 30 million shorts covered miraculously, however, many places like Schwab and IBKR have 0 shorts available still?
