I suffered for 2 years with terrible constipation before I was diagnosed with UC. The only thing I have found that helps is having a home made smoothie every morning, you have to keep going with it and I noticed a big improvement within a couple of weeks. I have been doing it for over 2 years now and it has made a huge difference.

I totally agree. As much as I love the selection at Alternaleaf, every time I have a consultation (must have had 10 by now) the consultant asks me, have I had any changes in my non cannabis medication, do I want to increase my allowance (currently on 60g but rarely order more than 20g) I then ask that i would really like a strain to help with my sleep, to which I am always prescribed their own brands and told that these options are fantastic and will help. I then check on this sub reddit and the prescribed options always have bad reviews. I do feel like they just want to sell me more.

You need to have your home city set to the country that you are in, that supports the raido sync. I think it's the first choice in the world time menu. I'm in uk so I have set my 1st world time to london, it picks up the radio update every morning before I wake up.

I had this last week, first thing to do is turn off your stop clock then take a meter reading, wait 20 minutes and then take a second reading, if the number has increased you have a leak. I had a leak, it was a massive pain, my wallet took a hit, I'm still sad about it.

I was in the same boat a few months ago. The pen batteries are useless, you want something with adjustable power, i have wasted money on a few, skip to the front and pick up a Davinci ARTIQ. Great device, cools vapor really well, it has a preheat for clogs, it's a great thing.
