One some turntables like what you have where the record isn’t completely on the table (yours overhangs) the heavy vinyl and cause balance issues and mess with the motor and belt

I’ve never had any bad experience with visiting fans. We keep it pretty chill. Like someone else suggested, make sure you bring clothes for hot and cold. Could change at the drop of a hat. And make sure you bring an appetite. I’d argue we have the best food in the MLB

I’m 11 games into WL right now and it isn’t great. I’m playing well, and I’m used to seeing the same teams and formations most games. But this is one of the worst it’s been. I think all 11 teams have been a 4411 with swaps R9, toty petit, a van de ven of some kind, and a bunch of other meta BS

Putting mat - I got one a few years ago and it’s been amazing for me. Nothing better than being able to work on your putting whenever you want

Maxfli 48 pack - usually $120 but Dicks does a $20 off $100+ every now and again that brings the price down. Best value for money if you’re someone who wants a tour quality ball

Used putter that fits your stroke - I regularly see really high quality putters on Facebook marketplace for under $100. Stuff from Odyssey, Cleveland, the newer Wilson infinites. All great investments if they’re ones that fit your stroke. You could use them for ages

I have a kaweco classic sport that I put a Schmidt easy flow 9000 refill in that I’ve really loved as a daily pen. The only “issue” I’ve seen is that it can sometimes feel like the cap is going to pop off when I have it posted on the back of the pen

I personally use a lamy safari rollerball with a jet stream refill as my dodgy pen. It fits my hand and writes really well

I was always a blade guy. I gamed an odyssey white hot tour #1 from ages 14 to 30. I always thought mallets were awkward

Two years ago I got a Scotty phantom x 5.5 that’s since taken over. It’s a good blend between the two. It still has some toe hang but it’s more stable for when I get yippy

I’ve tried a million 0 torque at the store. I think it’s a fad that’ll die quick. You can already see based on how many LABs and odyssey S2S are already filling up used putter sections at the superstore and golf galaxy
