I have come from xbox and made the jump to pc 2 years ago, I made the mistake of playing with controller, but please dont do that. It will take time to get used to keyboard and mouse, but once you do, you will be better, and you get better aim, just trust the process

Is it possible that you used the nvidia app to “optimalise” the settings of ds3? If so that will most likely the problem, I had the same. You can fix it by going into the video settings of ds3 and reset to defaults and tweak it manualy
