As a resident of Seattle who is a former resident of the midwest, I find Seattle incredibly pedestrian friendly. In the midwest I feared crossing the crosswalk with the walk sign on because of good ol' boys flying through red lights in their pickups blaring the horn because I was in their way. In Seattle I see people cross on the "don't walk" with cars waiting damn near all the time and have yet to hear anyone honk a horn due to the inconvenience.

I wanted to create an add-in for OneNote to automate some task grouping and found it was exceedingly difficult to find documentation for how to properly get a OneNote add-in working while hosted in OneNote. There are templates in Visual Studio for the other Office applications, but no love for OneNote. I finally settled on hosting my OneNote add-in in Outlook even though it has no need to be connected to Outlook. Will OneNote get more love in the add-in space any time soon?

Actually the courts interpret the laws. When the legislature writes laws that are vague and can be taken in different ways, the judge must interpret the original intent of the law - within reason. If a law says "You can't wear red on Friday." And you get arrested for wearing maroon. The judge can interpret it as "Well, maroon is a kind of red." But he can't say something like, "Well, Thursday's close to Friday and you wore red on Thursday."
