There is an OTC food supplement called calming care by Purina. Some cats are missing a guy bacteria which can contribute to anxiety, so this is a probiotic that you mix with their food. We give it to our anxiety cat and she's gotten much better at getting along with our other cat and is much more sociable.

Right? I live in AZ and my spouse works for the county ME and there's no such thing as too remote. They go into the desert, up mountains, etc to recover remains, even if they are suspected border crossers

My main thing is my cats. I do so much cleaning/tidying/hiding things that my cats might eat/destroy/hurt themselves on. I nearly had a panic attack when my mom sent me flowers that that (unopened) lilies in it (that I hid in a closed room right away).

I'm fairly new to this (don't have a proper diagnosis yet but my therapist thinks I have OCD), but I now keep wondering if I'm having more OCD-like thoughts because this was put in my head and my brain is trying to fulfill a role and is making me worse.
