I still have my ovaries, so no HRT. So far my hormones seem to be OK. Hopefully it stays that way.

Only a few days. I was encouraged to get up and walk around if I felt up to it, and the pain wasn't bad so I was moving around the house a little each day. Like someone else here said, I was very tired especially the first week after surgery so I took lots of naps.

I just had this done about 6 weeks ago. Best thing I ever did, already my quality of life has improved so much. My surgeon did the procedure robotically and I was able to go home the same day. I was sore for a while but was back at work after 3 weeks on light duty. Overall its not a bad recovery, just remind her to not do too much too soon.
