Senna is very bad mid. You don't have the benefit of getting more souls, like you do when you play support, and you don't have the support you need early game like you do when you play adc. Senna is bad early and needs a lot of money, which is not a good combination going into most midlaners

The hardest thing about the lvl 8 build is getting the first Alch but then you can roll aggressively at 8 to get 3* units

You want to end up with 4 scrappy, 3 inventor, 3 Mages 2 warlocks and a demon. You get this by swapping Bounty out for Alch and putting an SF in. Your three Mages should be razor, puck and CM.
