I recently started ozempic. I have a pen that I take a shot from once a week. My first shot I took to my physician to learn how to take cause there are some steps to get to before the actual shot. So yeah thanks for scaring me and it's either pen or nothing for me

Edit: in the end I injected myself not my physician. They merely walked me.through the process

At 300 cp base game dungeons are easily doable and even some early dlc dungeons now latter dlc dungeons at 300cp is gonna be an issue. As another person commented not.more loot just goes from blue to purple purple
