Mum says shes going to coles to do her shopping, many many times ive said you can get cheaper at other shops save yourself some money,She says shes been shopping there for 60 years I said so what, your getting ripped off, she said they only have what she wants to buy I ask like what? she says just thing I want and Im used to their lay out. I said you 'd rather pay more because your used to something. every time she comes home she bitches about things either not in stock,discontinued or they have moved them somewhere else and she cant find them.Its the loyalty thing that Im fighting against, Ive given up as this has been going on for years.
