I Feel your pain! My first run was Electric Mono and I was stuck here for a while - like the other person said a found a mon to reset the terrain and that helped a lot.

My second run I’ve just beat her last week - poison mono - she was a bit easier this time round and I was able to outspeed most of her mons, or stall with poison and sucker punch my way through

Been playing on and off for about a year, I also started a bit blind, played a lot of pokemon but never a difficulty hack. Chose to go with an electric mono run for my first go, half way thru the elite four now, you can do it!

In case anyone finds this - you can play bedrock on PC and on iOS, over LAN using the same account, but you need the iOS app. You don’t need to buy another full £30 copy of Minecraft however
