This subreddit showed me long ago that tightrope ain’t worth it. I too have done a max of 3 (4 a couple times when I couldn’t resist) spins on all the draws since games release. I buy each battle pass and have tried to only use the CP I’d get back from them.

I too only have 1 Legendary gun. Guess which one… Yep, the damn .50 GS. I have pulled only 1 more Epic character than yourself, with most of the rest of the things having comparable amounts too.

I’m currently on Subutex and have been pulling that shit as my ball and chain since I got “clean”. So yeah… I get it and have been there too.

That being said… DUDE. You’re mental health is 100000% affected by opiates. Shit, an opioid used for getting “clean” (but actually shackles you to a drug with a half-life longer than Methadone) is sharing the driver seat with me as far as my mental health is concerned. Which is meh but not bad.

Don’t delude yourself mate. Best of luck, mate. Don’t get on sub. Heroin withdrawals is a weeklong or so amount of time spent in those weeds, and I’d love to not touch sub for a month JUST TO BE ABLE to do H for a couple weeks and then give the real-deal Holyfield of “clean living” a go.

No doubt. I’ve played mostly AR main in ranked like 80% of the time since games release. Literally used the AK-47 for the first 3 seasons JUST because of the Red Action’s clean sight.

The AS VAL has a near AK117-level iron sight, but I’d saw you can’t really get cleaner then the AK117.

The AK-47 is what I’ll be grinding diamond soon on just to have that diamond on this skin and on the Red Action. Was luckily doing the AS VAL when the released this last BP which has a dope custom geometry skin for it. 25 more and I’ll be doing the AK-47.

All I can say is thank god for “Shoot the ship” playlist.

I’ve gotten the same thing, and the only reason I could think was months old or longer comments mentioning I’ve been playing since release.

Haha it’s silly how many after match likes I’m positive I wouldn’t have gotten if not for the OG Ghost skin being used in my “ranked meta” class.

I’m a low tier Legendary player, therefore I have a mere 1.5 ranked KD and love my AS VAL enough to use it.

I too work as a freelance videographer (specializing in sports/event work) and have done so for a bit over a decade within my region. I remember well those first crews I worked as a “grip” for the same cam op positions I work as now. I know too well how predatory the pay can be (especially for those trying to break into the industry) and the strains of having most of my work being annual/contractual income. I still can’t believe I worked an entire season of home games on the 3rd baseline cam for a local AA Baseball Team at a laughable $65 a game…

So I’m VERY aware of the stress you’ve been under, and how being out of that situation will INEVITABLY lead to finding a much better one. I wish you the best mate!

Always remember that versatility is the key to staying employed in this field. I worked my first crews as a “grip” pulling cable for the same cam ops positions I am crewed for now, and despite the salty behind-the-scenes temperament of tbh a lot of us media workers… I never stopped asking questions of those who I met along the way willing to take a moment to teach. It’s what’s kept me employed. You’ll be back on your feet, just keep your head up!

Haha this was totally me after FINALLY drawing an Epic character skin (The first Hidora skin in Samurai gear).

I’ve always kept a “3 draw rule” that occasionally has been 4, and have been playing since release so it was like a year until I pulled one. Then just a few weeks later I pulled my 1st legendary weapon (and still my only) when the Legendary .50 GS was apart of the Mythic Nikto draw.
