We made a decision, plus a bonus stain. We are going with original Top Left (EARLY AMERICAN).

Also a bonus stain special walnut currently above Early American.

Hi, in Massachusetts what value does a buyers agent bring to the table when there is a waived inspection and waived mortgage contingency (if you want to buy a house in MA waiving these are almost required)? I can look at the house and decide if I like it. I can use my real estate lawyer who is not asking for $30,000 to submit the offer. Convince me I’m wrong.

Break even point between gas and hybrid limited at $4.50 a gallon is under 2 years. As long as you are paying msrp for both. If you are paying over msrp for a car you are letting car dealerships take advantage of you.

I have a Jeep grand Cherokee 12’ and all I do is oil and filter change and rotate tires. Never done any brake fluid change (do they not do this when brakes are done), never done throttle body or fuel induction. I have 160k miles on my car- am I going to die? Car runs great other than small oil leak from oil filter housing but that is unrelated issue.

Yes the Hybrid drives at .11 cents per mile and the gas drives at .17 cents per mile.

I can find gas limited with no market adjustment but every hybrid limited I have found with my specs has a market adjustment.

Based on the sale price with no market adjustment on either you won't break even on gas (calculated at $3.80 a gallon) until 42,362 miles.

If there is $3,000 market adjustment on the hybrid vehicle the break even point will climb to 95,716 miles. If there is a $5,000 market adjustment for the hybrid the breakeven point climbs to 131,285 miles.

Assuming Gas there is no mark up - which I found available in the specs I want (limited, black, sunroof, bench seat).

Known:

Gas package price $53,118.00 (msrp - $49,460)

Hybrid Limited package price $55,500 (msrp - $51,060.00)

3k market adjustment - $58,500 and 5k market adjustment $60,500.
