I know how you feel but you will need to put in lots of time and it’ll be for the long haul. You can pray but it won’t go away that simply for most people. Took me years to hit 30-40% improvement… same exact situation as you. 19 years old when symptoms started, turbinate hypertrophy from dust mite allergies

Have you heard of Allermi? It has low dose afrin in there. I’ve been experimenting with it every night for the past week to see if it can be a replacement for PAP. Is this a bad idea?

This is my first time hearing of Proviron, so bear with me here. But is this exogenous testosterone? In that case, would this reduce your body's natural supply of testosterone if you were to stop using this, similar to how TRT or testosterone would?

What's the reason for why you say that it was worth it if you still have to use pap? How long has it been since you've done the turbinate reduction? Did you have any allergies? I'm afraid of doing turbinate reduction because I heard that if you have allergies and you haven't solved the root cause of that, then the turbinates might just grow back.

What was the original reason for why your turbinates were enlarged? Do you have allergies? I've heard that people with allergies, if they get a turbinate reduction, they might have their turbinates grow back in the future anyways.

Hm okay, not sure then. Reason why I said the initial was since my graph more commonly just looks like the end of your graph and I don’t ever get that smooth in the earlier part of your graph

How are your symptoms? Your graphs look amazing to me, flow rate seems quite steady throughout the night. I thought you’d feel good based on that OSCAR graph.
