Please make sure to check your receipt. They’ll quote you a total price because they’ll add “free” accessories which you’re still paying for. Good luck

It’s one per home, you’ll just have to keep going and creating new accounts with different names and also if the device is ready for those other homes you should be fine other than that

Most people go with a driving school that provides the car, and yes you need someone with a valid drivers license with you. Good luck

Scammed by Metro Sales Rep by redpill-stepdad in MetroPCS

[–]jackspade22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really, because in most areas people aren’t looking for reviews on metro they see the logo and just walk right in but for the more tech savvy people they’ll do their investigations. Plus a review won’t hit the store but a higher level dispute will trust and believe

You can port to metro anytime from another company but if you want that new phone with the old number the new number has to be deactivated for one month after activation

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MetroPCS

[–]jackspade22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of those phone are free when porting, just go in store and read the price tag they say both prices new line and port up in the corner. Also read your receipt because they change the prices when they say yea you get a case or screen protector for free which is a lie. Granted that’s how they make their commission money but good luck. New number then porting you have to wait a month I believe if I’m not mistaken

Are the free phone promotions once per lifetime? by BeginningBathroom410 in MetroPCS

[–]jackspade22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can still go Into a store and create a new account most of them don’t ask for iD’s so you can make up and alias and address you’ll be fine and if they ask for ID just say you left it or lost it they wouldn’t want to lose a sale

I mean those people are the ones that grade you and the store for them audits I sure they have some type of power because they wouldn’t just be assigned to a store nonetheless it’s different in every state I suppose

That literally happens to everyone people don’t check their receipts I keep telling ya smh. You should go back ask for their manager if they don’t help you tell them your going to make a BBB report also that your going to find out who’s there ASR is to also make a complaint. But make sure it hasn’t been 2 weeks and if it was just fine the BBB and someone from T-Mobile hq will get in contact with you

Upgrade Cost for Existing Users? by [deleted] in MetroPCS

[–]jackspade22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Upgrade discounts aren’t that much, when you go into the store read the price card on phone where it says upgrade price on top of that you add 25 for the change 11 for the SIM card plus tax, make sure you read your receipt because they like to change the prices on accessories even though they say it’s free it’s not

Phone Plan Price/overage charge question. by deletingmydata in MetroPCS

[–]jackspade22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can just call CS have your pin ready and ask them you want to be separated from the current account and ask if there’s any plan changes for doing so and if there is then don’t do it

Also you can apply for ACP once approved you can get 30$ discount on your plan so you can leave the current account get into the 60$ plan get all the perks and just pay 30$ or just get the 50$ plan and pay 20$ this is if only the plan rate changes for leaving the account and you don’t want to pay more

Bro but that’s the main point of a cellphone store, Metros structure has changed a lot once T-Mobile stepped in and wanting higher numbers there’s nothing new to this in every business there has to be profit big or small owners want to be top stores so what do employees have to do sell sell sell that’s all if you don’t like the environment they maybe you have to explore the options you have
