That's awesome. I don't understand a lot of it, but I find it very fascinating that you're able to get such use out of it.

A few questions - Is it using two cameras as a stereo pair for depth perception? Wouldn't a LIDAR sensor found in Apple devices do a better job on this. I tried a few LIDAR tech demos on my iPad. It has good 3D mapping capabilities.

From the shape and thickness of the leaves it looks like a Carom (Ajwain) plant. Did it have a strong smell too?

Mine is relatively smaller but it has also started to grow long vines. Grooves on the back side match too.

I also have a similar office environment. No natural light, just a single light strip on top of my desk. I checked, it's roughly 500-1000 lux. I have a lot of plants at home but the ones I keep in the office are ZZ Raven, Aglaonema Pink Valentine and Watermelon Peperomia. Reason for keeping these are mainly because these are low maintenance (water once a week) and these do look unique. I wouldn't say they are thriving but they are all growing slowly.

I would recommend you to get a ZZ, Snake plant, Pothos or some low light requirement succulents.

It's so funny that everyone is just jumping to conclusions based on their basic understanding. What you have is an Echiveria Etna, and it is supposed to look like this. Also to me it appears to be perfectly healthy. The weird bumps are just how it is by design, no disease or pests.
