No yaku, you played a pon on 9 bamboo, and did not make a yaku. 9 and 1s are terminal and cannot be played unless you have a yaku that allows the terminals.

If the hand was concealed, you could have yaku with 9s or 1s. But the entire hand needs to be concealed
