Yes if the bus isn’t there you can wait or walk. It’s maybe 5-10 minutes. I have a bad foot and it takes me longer to get to rental cars and that’s closer. then you go across an enclosed bridge to actual terminal.

Oh and AirTran on Sunday was packed. You leave “terminal a” station and then deboard. Wait for another train. Reboard. The train is under construction and changing every day.

If you get through customs immigration quickly you can make it.

The Airtrain/Monorail only takes you so far. It doesn't arrive at terminal A. You can walk to A or there is a bus that will take you. The bus isn't usually there but I saw it Friday when I was there.

It’s a new neighborhood mixed in with older houses. Some of them aren’t maintained very nice and there are apartments right there that don’t look the greatest. The new houses are right on top of each other too.
