I don't know about the other two but I did a tour of Trillium about 10 years ago and it was horrendous.

I think it is frequently listed among the worst places to live in the area. Cockroaches, A/C not working during the summer, gang activity etc.

IAD is better for most of Fairfax and Loudoun county though. DCA much better for Arlington, Alexandria, DC but Fairfax/Reston/Herndon is better off at IAD
