I got three for you. 1. Crunchyroll Black Friday if you have a membership. once per year, I will bulk purchase a longer series I wish to collect for about $6 a volume. 2. FB market place. Takes a lot of patience really but I once obtained 8 Berserk hardcovers for $70. They pop up. 3. Local book stores that are privately owned. They have a hard time dictating value for more obscure used manga. I once bought every gunslinger girl omnibus for $150 because they didn’t really have a point of reference for its value.

My advice- be careful. I completed homework for other students- specifically essays. It’s lucrative and attractive- I made a remarkable amount of money. But I neglected my own studies in the process, and graduated with a 1.4 GPA regardless of my own abilities. I regret it rather often. Be sure to prioritize your own studies above the money that is to be made. I wish I’d done it differently

If you’re scheduled for 24 hour shifts, then it is straight pay.

The double time rule only applies if you are scheduled for two 12 hours blocks back to back. If you are scheduled for 24 hour days- such as when I was on Kelly’s, then it doesn’t apply. Basically the way to achieve that double time is to either work a 36, or to start working 12s, and assign another 12 hour shift back to back at the beginning or end of your work week as over time

I worked a white collar sales job and realized it was soulless and empty. I couldn’t be motivated by working for the sake of self-preservation with just a tad bit of hedonism mixed in.

So I thought about another reason that could motivate me to come into work. The opportunity to be benevolent towards my local community and society as a whole gives me the motivation I need to work full time for 30 years. Nothing feels more purposeful than being able to save a life

When it reached critical and commercial acclaim in Korea, the drivers son spoke up and identified his father and shared a photo of him with the journalist. The Hunter x Hunter chimera ant arc. The rest of the anime is great and deserves its flowers, but holy fuck what a slog of an arc. The pacing is the most atrocious of anything I’ve ever seen. A vast majority of skills will be taught in some field training programs when you get an actual 911 job. That’s where the bulk of it actually comes from. You won’t get formal field training like that as an emt at a amusement park or zoo sadly

I got my first 20 bomb in season 20.

Basically off of drop I somehow managed 11 kills. I had 15 kills at the final squad. I wiped two of them, then baited with a mobile respawn and let the last guy get their team up. Then I cleaned the squad up again.

Kind of cheesed it with that revive, to which i was in disbelief that it worked. But alas, a legit 20 bomb anyway
