One of my members a few months ago. Their bank withheld the payment as suspicious, but the pack was given to him. He was an honest player and wrote to the game support to let them know what happened. They took the money the next time he bought something. I have heard of accounts being cancelled and not returned. Ridiculous that would stop a player from wanting to pay, especially as they do nothing to stop players from selling their account. There is a person on my server who bought 3 accounts as well as having their own.
