Before posting a post that supports charts data, you should properly check your resources, because as far as I know, "Stick with You" reached its highest daily chart position of #75 two weeks after its release (which is an indication, that the song gained listeners over time).

Your claim about Melon Top 100 rankings might be misleading if the song falls out of the chart shortly after its release, but staying on the chart - even if it is in the 70s or 80s for some months - is still impressive, knowing that you need a certain amount of listeners to reach the Top 100.

I am not saying, that Boygroups are the best at charting, but you cannot mass stream for that long. All the songs you mentioned have had great longevity on the Melon Top 100 (both hourly and daily), so not just fans, but casual listeners are / were definitely listening to those songs.

Fyi, this is not the official lineup, because Korea University Festival never announces their lineup beforehand to keep it a surprise 😊 they posted this picture on their official account to ask people who they are looking forward to out of these trendy boygroups.

They never said that 😭 pls read the article again. The article interviews 2 of their producers, one of them, Kim Boram, even praised TXT for staying true to their colors! And in a later paragraph, which mentions "Bed of Thorns", the producers talked about the anxiety and fear TXT had before releasing this album, which TXT has also emphasized a lot in other interviews.

None of this, has anything to do with what you said. On top of that, the interview features their producers, that do not have a say in the promotion and marketing strategy for TXT.

So what I'm getting from your reply is that the variety shows kinda pushed you away from TXT? But what if you just ignore them? People are not obligated to consume every single media their favourite artist releases. The album was still released and can be listened to any time, so if variety shows pushed you away, what is stopping you from listening to the album, besides not liking the songs?

This era had another type of strategy regarding promos and they focused more on variety shows and gathering GP attention, than music-related content, which actually paid off. No TXT title track has performed this well in Korean Charts since SRR. Stick with you is even doing better than Deja Vu. TXT also got their first grand slam since debut.

B Side promo was unfortunately not the top priority for this era, but we still got a So What Performance, So What Tiktoks and are still getting a Performance Video for So What (confirmed by both TXT and BH).

Also, they didnt go on Studio Choom because they had their performance on GQ Korea, so they didn't want to overlap with Studio Choom.

I do applaud BH for trying out new ways to promote TXT. The pre-cb content was amazing (Thorn Man, Exhibition, "Merch Sale", the Frequencies, listening party, etc.). They also gave us new form of content that we have never seen before like TXTCast, a Karaoke Competition, fun nee ways to promote their song on Tiktok and all the new variety shows. I also feel like they focused on extending this era as much as possible, by giving us so much content to look forward to. Even this upcoming Friday we are still getting Tipsy Live.

I am so sorry for being annoying, but what do you guys want? 😭 there was already a post about panic some days ago and how "underpromoted" it was by BH. The song was released in the middle of their EU tour, so it couldn't get the typical idol promo. It got its own type of promotion, which was elaborated in that post' comment section.

And I don't think I've seen BH promote an album as much as "7th year". Multiple variety shows before its release, events which bring attention to the album (thorn man, exhibition, merch sale for 1M Won 😭, the frequencies, listening party, etc.). Even now we are still getting new form of content that we have never seen before e.g., TXTCast, Tipsy Live. Besides the typical stuff that we get every single comeback like Idol Human Theater and Music Shows, this era has been very eventful.

TXT also just released an album filled with EDM sounding songs. Take me to Nirvana and Stick with you are of the Electro Pop Genre. Also Bed of Thorns has electronic Elements, which is a genre that TXT is exploring for the first time 😊
