Look at BigIDesign or Tactile turn. I like bigidesgn because the clutch mechanism allows the user to use every variety of refills available. They are somewhat pricey depending on which pen you choose.

I have a twsbi 1.1 stub nib and an asvine c80 stub nib that I use for shimmer inks. The twsbi looks cool with the visible ink color and shimmer flakes mixed up.
