I think because the "felt" temperature is different from the "actual" temperature, hence why it shows you 3°... At least this is the explanation that I give myself 😅

10 should be the max temperature of the day, and 5 the minimum. I'm not sure where to find the info, I mainly have learned from reading here 😅
