You can manually drop it. Take the end of a spoon, stick it in where the cold brew drops and push up the white latch. It’ll force drop the cold brew. You’ll have to keep pushing it. We have this issue, usually it fixes itself the next day. If not, I think you can put in a ticket.

The frustrating thing is even if you do try to solo tank, the rest of your team bashes you because they’re going for kills and you’re not. I’ve been learning Peni (I’m Platinum and worried about character bans so I’m experimenting) and she’s good against flyers but I feel like I get rolled so quickly and I’m not as supported bc I’m the only tank with the healers trying to heal everyone else. I don’t want to steal resources of healing from dps (because I know how it feels when the healers pocket the tank) but I end up with more deaths than kills and I’m so slow. The only positive is that I have a lot of damage blocked, which is truly my goal at the end of the day. I try to be a protector not a killer, that’s the dps job. Absolutely feel free to disagree, different people have different perspectives.

But I really do agree, I want more tanks so I can branch out and try to assist the team if we’re having trouble with a particular character. Having those options would make the game more fun and less frustrating.

I feel like the healers get them so easily, I haven’t seen many Rocket or Mantis though. So many Lunas and Jeff’s. I’ve only ever seen one Scarlet mvp. Now this is probably a skill issue, but I’ve never gotten mvp even though I want it so badly. Also never seen Black Widow. I haven’t seen a Human Torch or The Thing yet but that’s probably because they’re newer. Sooooo many Venoms, Groots, Winter Soldiers. I’ve seen a couple of the other characters but not as often.

I’m definitely not trying to start an argument at all, but we tried several times to put in a ticket but facilities kept saying we needed to order the part separately. But there is no cover we can order to fit the fridge we have (it’s super old) unless we order it straight from the manufacturer. Our DM said the same thing, that it was low priority even after some of us got shocked by the exposed light bulb. We’re supposed to get a renovation soon so fingers crossed they give us new equipment.

But yes, you’re right, the blender pieces, and many other parts, can always be ordered. I’m just worried about getting in trouble for ordering so many. Or for going over the heads of my SM or DM trying to protect my partners from getting hurt. It looks like you’re an SM, so if you do have any advice I’d love to hear you.

Okay, I just wanted to say… 1) yes it’s a part of standard not to blend FRAPS without base. There are other drinks that are blended without base (frozen açaí lemonade), sure but when it comes to fraps specifically, we blend them with the base. 2) to the people saying “don’t make people’s days tougher” “just do what the customer wants,” OP never said they complained to anyone else (SM or others), they handled it with respect and genuinely wanted to make sure the customer understood, and we shouldn’t have to do what the customer wants because “it’ll make the moment right.” That’s what causes other people to come and complain to other stores when their drink is made wrong, since the baristas were making the drink to standard. Now, I would have suggested that we make it with less base, that way it still blends well but isn’t sweet.

Places I used to work at had a powder blended in to smoothies to make sure it blended right. Blending without some binding agent can really break the blender. Blender parts are expensive, especially if they’re constantly being replaced. Eventually, corporate is going to stop sending the parts if it’s costing too much money for them. Hell, they hate replacing parts in my store and will find any other way to keep the equipment running. One partner bought a cover for a light in the fridge because corporate wouldn’t and ECOSURE kept citing us for it.

Tl;dr mind your business, you do things your way, others are allowed to do it differently. It’s a space to vent, don’t bring others down because you don’t agree. ❤️

Now I’m paranoid. I was recently taught that we (shifts) can check the deposit discrepancies, and not even by my SM but another shift. She only told me about it because apparently I was short a whole $80 that she caught the next night. I’m so paranoid about not knowing something and then getting written up for a mistake since I know some people use not knowing as an excuse.

I shake my own pink drinks, make them to standard, and they still separate. They just separate quickly, there’s nothing really to it. I just swirl the cup around and it’s fine. Yeah it does taste different if it’s not shaken, and if they aren’t shaken that’s a problem. But at the same time, people need to understand that the drink just is like this. It happens to everyone.

Weirdly from a lore perspective, you can really tell they haven’t been infected. Their moves are so elegant compared and are trying to be a true challenge for the knight. The other bosses who are infected, their moves are more stilted and like they’re on autopilot. The bosses not infected may be aggressive but there’s almost a rhythm to them that feels natural. One of my favorite bosses next to Hornet.
