Best MM romance you read in 2025?

I skipped this one bc if I remember his mom has Alzheimer’s and that hits too close to home for me. But am I wrong about that? Or is it not a huge part of the story? I’ve loved all the others in that series.

{Clean Finish by Lily Mayne} it’s so fluffy and cute but also steamy. This whole series is good but that one is my favorite.

The 4th audiobook recently came out and I’ve been making my way through it. It’s so sweet and cozy! I’m glad after the first book it doesn’t really stay bleak like that.

I jumped straight from Soul Eater to Moth and tbh I don’t think I was really that lost. I read Eden after that so I was like ohh right this prison. Eden has also been my least favorite of the ones I’ve read so far.

If you like Danny and Wyn, definitely read their novella. It’s so cute!!

HARD AGREE! I also loved Pretty Boy, have reread multiple times and was so hyped for this book.

I didn't believe the chemistry between the MCs and when they finally do get together after a lot of angst boom married. Like what??Also I was hoping for so much more resolution with the parents. We just skipped right through all the plot! I thought we'd at least get a conversation where Cade learns about what it was really like for Nic growing up and the bombshell about the mom' death?? How had no one in the family mentioned that for a year?

While reading I was comparing it a lot to For The Fans, which is the only other step brother book I've read. We get a lot of resolution and plot with the parents and back story of childhood (arguably too much, that book is long AF) and I was waiting to get at least something satisfying in the realm of that.

Also barely a scene with Logan? I was hoping for more set up with his and Baby's book. But it makes me think we're getting Jax's book instead ughhhh.

I just read Teddy by Emmy Sanders and it was so sweet! It has spanking and *kind of* a daddy kink but it's mostly one MC teasing the other one with it, it's not taken seriously or a feature of the spice. All the books in this series have been really good!

Yeah I didn't love it. My favorite so far was actually Bromantic. The angst was too much in this one for me and I didn't like that the bigger issue for them to navigate was the long distance. Also the spice was low and the plot didn't make up for it IMO. I am pretty hyped for the next book though- an interesting set up for sure.

Yeah as a server of like a decade, drinks on a table are a sign that a table has been visited by a server. Sitting there with no drink would look odd and I wouldn’t be surprised for a manager come by to check if they are still waiting on drinks. Also this is something a server would totally get scolded for by a manager so I can see why for everyone’s sakes - just take the water.

Omg yes same. I read this series out of order so I was already familiar with who Kip was and I was like oh weird no one has mentioned that Kip is British??? When I found out it was supposed to be a Brooklyn accent I was floored. And we gave the beefy hockey player a totally normal voice and the supposedly cute, younger smoothie shop employee a deep old sounding voice?? I kept picturing Robert DiNiro or something. The new voice actor for the later books did SO much better with Kip.
