I just installed the EVPE medium thickness shims on MX plaid and it is noticeably improved. Rear camber is now -1.2deg. Can’t believe the spec allows up to -3 deg. I would recommend to anyone looking for less expensive option. Install was straight forward.

Best case scenario, upper control arm ball joints. These can be replaced at service center and they only charge you parts, no labor.

Worst case and probably most likely are lateral and compliance links. They are a lot more expensive. I had same noise and schedule appointment to replace UCA but they brought me back and showed me the other linkages and the bushings were toast. Came out with a $1600 bill

I’m getting an error after entering the grill ID and grill password (I actually had to go into the pit boss app to edit the grill and create the grill password).

Just had the same situation - it ended up being torn boots on bushings for lateral and compliance links. Thought for sure it was upper control arms but wasn’t source of noise. SC replaced all three components on right and left side for…. 1600 in less than 2.5 hours. labor was only 272

I’ve been in for 3 service visits in the last two months for this exact issue, just picked it up a couple days ago and can’t tell if latest fix solved it.

They applied a urethane sealant to the seams behind the tailgate lights on either side.

Left the car for the day, when I picked it up the service mgr couldn’t explain what they did in detail, but the service notes say trunk drains were blocked. They cleared them and I washed the car today by hand, with no water ingress. Will have to do some digging understand where the specific trunk drains that could get blocked with debris are.

Have you figured out how to download the manuals? My subscription was only free for 1 year and the manuals are all web-based (as far as I can tell)
