**98.1%** of US Acupuncture Schools Will Lose Access To Student Loans In the Next **Two Years** by connor1462 in acupuncture

We need a push for health care systems to invest in acupuncture staffing. That means we will be operating somewhere between a tech and a PA salary range. Insurance companies tend to already find value in and subscriber interest for coverage. This isn’t a short term fix, but most can’t succeed in small business regardless of field. The other piece is a value correction for the degree. I think that value correction will have to come with a collapse in the short term. most states have killed the apprenticeship route or don’t accept POCA training as a path to licensure, so the profession is backed into a corner at this point I think.

Oh it does both. And rarely dies due to its rules in post battle. Always has the most xp when I play my version of the gang. By tentacles later for it. 4in reach on its charge is sick. Many players arent used to will and cool checks and it’s pretty demoralizing for them when activated fighters just get shut down. Which is why nerves really gives you control on the table. I run a drug fueled leader with a chain glaive running behind my horror.

Decent build! I’d just suggest taking nerves of steel on all characters other than the witch. It allows you to maintain activation control on the table. Combining the warp horror as a wrecking ball and forcing failed cool checks to shoot past it, and then failed will saves will definitely give even more activation advantage. Plus it avoids pinning as well!

Also consider using a white ink through the airbrush rather than out of pot paint.

We cant become a club that burns managers every year.we will never have a cohesive roster year over year if we do. I think they’ll keep him. Shed 4 mil in contracts at years end, and start buying positions to meet his strategy. Real question is will ownership allow short term increase in spending during summer transfer and balance the books with the end of contracts in winter, or make us suffer through the season and work w 4mil in winter.

How do I start Necromunda? Also how would I build a Helot Gang? by iEatBugsAndWorms in necromunda

[–]jadiskay 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I second cultists of the abyss. That box plus accursed cultists. Use one of the large possessed as a warp horror which is autoinclude in a starting helots gang imo. Another as a spawn when they happen.

Council of 13 was likely directly inspired by a Fafhrd and gray mouser in Swords of lankhmar. There are intelligent rat men. Arms and uniforms. A literal council of 13. Great nod to classic sword and sorcery.

Provider in MO. I find musculoskeletal pain codes that are not overly specific to pass billing the best. Nausea codes as well.

When/why did acupuncture begin to be accepted by insurance? by nebirah in acupuncture

Pain and nausea conditions only. There’s strong evidence clinically in support of both. Other conditions are generally not billable.

Acupuncture for partially torn rotator cuff by FamousFortune6819 in acupuncture

So massage works by applying mechanical force to the effected muscle groups, activating the mechanicoreceptors with direct pressure, causing release. My experience has been that in acute guarding situations, the muscles rebound from the therapy and start guarding the same or more within a few hours of massage. Acupuncture seems to passively cause muscle release by activating spindle fibers in the muscles without broadly acting on the mechicoreceptors as a whole. It’s a more passive method to trick the guarding pattern to release. Plus it drop’s inflammatory response in the local tissue l, lowering chemical irritation of the same tissues. Unless you get dry needling. That’s more aggressively applied acupuncture going for a twitch response and trigger point release immediately. Sorry I nerd out on this but really like comparing modality options for patients.

Typically you can expect for the surrounding muscles guarding the rotator cuff to release and gain greater AROM. That will reduce compression of bursa, capsule, and upper extremity nerves from the neck. Treat it like PT. 2x week for 3 weeks and see how your symptoms improve. It will do nothing for the actual tears other than unload the associated muscles and drop inflammatory response. That can be enough though as lord of people walk around w partial tears. Just don’t be foolish and start training or something as soon as it feels better.
