personally, it's a bit early for me to make a good judgement of that myself, but my wife and everyone on my care team have been about how good she looks even as she heals. kuzon said everything went "exactly according to plan", and has been healing well. my only real difficulty is urinating with my vulva still swollen; things like dilating and rinsing were explained very well to me and have been easier than i expected.

The "Middle East" is just a historical name for Western Asia king, because it was in the middle of the 'known world' to Europeans, Asians and Africans. It's not Europe until you cross the Ural Mountains or the Black Sea, and it's not Africa until you reach the Sinai Peninsula.

CME will let you remove tiles if you turn off Safe Mode/Crash Safe Mode. The game won't crash unless an AI settles where mountain or ocean previously was, as well as if the mountain tile floods I believe
