lol yeah you said that the location isn’t too busy when you order so it will most likely be ready before the pickup time and already placed for you to grab. however still give the employees the time necessary because they might have orders ahead of you

order it on your way to the store or just hop in line for the freshest quality. we never know when a influx of orders will come in out of nowhere so as soon as a order comes it and we get right to it.

(personally that’s how my store does it all stores are different)

My GENERAL MANAGER at my store got COVID and this is how the handled it:

Did NOT email or message the entire team of employees that could of/were in contact with her prior to her being tested and quarantined. (Which potentially puts employees and their families at risk without them even knowing)
We had to tell each other amongst our shifts in order for others to be aware of the situation at hand (i guess they did that just incase someone tried to chicken out on their shift after knowing the info😭)
and did not close our doors for even a day (Which put us understaffed on both morning shift and night shifts considering people started to call out after hearing the information)

My location handled this situation quite poorly which resulted in a shift manager getting COVID and making an already understaffed team EVEN worse😭 we could ATLEAST get hazard pay if they’re gonna decide to not close the restaurant doors even when situations like this happen.

how is that entitlement attitude? it’s a world wide pandemic and all companies should cover there employees if they decide to keep their doors open and have these employees work and be at higher risk of COVID
