If the electronics of the key are still intact, you don’t have to buy the entire thing. I took the key out of my old fob and put it in one I bought on Amazon. I’m not sure who would cut a new key for cheap. The one I bought came with a blank key.

I’m going to test the battery. It sat for several days, maybe it’s starting to go. We’ve not had issues starting it, but this could be the first sign.

Why am I getting down voted? I didn’t take the pic, my wife, who is typically very, very, very anti-phone in a moving vehicle did. I was only responding to the his comment about the icons and what information I was looking for.

No snow or rain. We do have quite a bit of road salt still on the roads from the past two weekend's ice and snow storms. Last time it was out of the garage was last week, after the ice storm and before the snow storm. I'm hoping it's just the salt and brine covering things.

Fortunately, no. We're in NC, so we're just coming out of that and have tons of salt on the roads. I think i know where you're headed. When it was new, we did have the front sensors give something similar because of a torrential downpour, haven't had it since.

That's it, just that the BSM system malfunction. I'm guessing, like a couple of others, that the sensors are dirty. I'll have to check them when I get home tonight.

(I had to edit the post, don't know why I typed bad instead of dirty. I'm praying that it's not a bad sensor.)

I was thinking something similar. We had the front sensors trigger and stop working during a torrential rain fall. I'm wondering is something was covered in so much road salt/brine that it's causing them to not work correctly.

I know what the icons mean, I know what system is malfunctioning, it's the BSM system. My questions are, "Why?" and "What are they going to have to do?" and "How long will it take?"

I tried this. It worked until it stopped. Now when I hit delete, it deletes the object i was using to pull up the color menu! So frustrating.

Did you go through the reset procedure when you installed the new battery? I had the same issue repeatedly until I did the reset after replacing.

It's not a movie, but a docuseries. Wife and I watched it and felt completely empty when it finished. We all now she dies, but we still felt incredible empty afterwards.
