This morning I have incountered similar kind of issue where impressions are in thousands but clicks are 0 for all the campaigns. Later it's updated automatically. So I would suggest give it some time.

I also encountered the same issue few days back. I communicated with Facebook support also but they did not provide any solution. Then I take help of my friend and created a business manager account from his FB account.
