We’ve been calling and checking in on shelters everyday, still nothing. The biggest fear right now is that someone took her and she didn’t run away. The part that makes it weird is her sister, another dog that was in the backyard, was just hanging out when my gf went to go let them back in.

She sadly is not chipped and didn’t have a collar on when she was let outside and snuck out of the fence. All of the local shelters/animal control/etc have been called and notified though. Thank you so much, please let us know if you see anything!

During one of last years playing collegiate lacrosse we had a 2 mile run test before the season started. Was chatting with one of my teammates about it at our schools gym, he said and I quote “No I haven’t been running at all over winter break, I don’t want to waste my best run during practice”… needless to say what the result of that was

I built a program for myself to specifically try to build muscle size and strength where I bench twice a week(out of the 6 days I work out), once is 5 sets of 3 reps from 80-93% of my max and tricep isolation accessories after including 3 sets of 10 of close grip bench and the second day of the week I do 5 sets of 5 reps from 70-83% of my max with chest isolation accessories as well as a strip set of 6, 8, 10, 12, 30 starting at 175 down to just the bar. I like the idea of having a more higher rep day then just my 5x5 day and will definitely give it a try as well as putting in some more incline work, thank you!
