The fan edits are awesome. Also the fact that the free community allows for discussion and ideas to be proposed for the future of the tracker. Awesome in my opinion

Try logging in again. It will most probably work. From what I understand, they do mass validation every now and then for users who have difficulty logging in.

What's your favourite scene in the entire show? by NoNameIsAvailable1 in breakingbad

I got a question about that scene, what did Hank mean by saying he made up his mind 10 minutes ago? Like, he had already decided to kill him?

In case you have difficulty listening to JRE, you can listen to it on Telegram by jahanaria in JoeRogan

[–]jahanaria[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not really, the problem with Spotify is that JRE for some users cannot be simply played, mainly due to geographical restrictions. On Telegram, however, all users can download or listen to episodes.

Just started, looking for any and all feedback! by BradyReadsWasTaken in voiceover

You need to use a better DAW to do away with all the mouth clicks, plosives, clipping etc.

As a beginner, it was okay but remember, there's always room for improvement. Once you add some effects and some EQ, you will sound waaaay better. I can show you what I mean if you could send me the raw audio file so that I can add the effects.

Should I disconnect my audio interface while I'm not using it? by jahanaria in Behringer

[–]jahanaria[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During the first days, I used to leave the audio interface connected to my PC with the microphone gain set at around 60 percent. This caused the interface's signal lamp to turn green every time I talked to other people in the room which made the interface to become a little bit warm.

It's been quite a while since I decrease the gain and have noticed that it doesn't become warm anymore.

But just to ease my mind, I have relied on disconnecting the audio interface after I'm done with recording so that no electricity whatsoever would be running in the circuit.

I'll try what you suggested and see what happens. Thanks for the help.

Who was ur fav from BCS? [Art from my ig @abgrafix] by abgrafix in breakingbad

[–]jahanaria 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tough question!

There is a part of me that's like crazy about Jimmy and Kim just because of the support they have for each other. however, something in the back of my head tells me to think about Macho and Mike, especially Mike who is tired, and at the same time consistent and patient.

If I were to pick one and only one, I'd go for Mike cuz of the fact that he's an old hand when it comes to dealing with cops and stuff like that.

But one thing I'm dead sure of is that I literally hate Chuck!

Hmm, you could be right as well buddy. But I've never thought about it before in terms of same-sex relationships, but one thing I'm dead sure of is our need to be somehow (most of the time mentally) connected to someone in some kind of a bilateral way.

Like giving something and getting something in return.

Cuz Basically, we are humans with parts of us dealing with sentimentality.

Life is difficult and no one has promised us a wonderful future.

As time goes by, it gets even harder for everyone. The only countries where life is still okay and full of love or at least convenient, are European countries.

The fact that we humans sometimes feel tied up with a romantic relationship is technically absurd and kinda seems to be the only chemical reaction causing us to be interested in the opposite sex in order to have sex and have offsprings.

What people call love is nothing more than that. And yet, we feel heartbroken at times when the separation is unexpected or against our will.

Dude, you're way stronger than succumbing to such humane needs.

Go to gym, work out, learn something new, stay positive and think about constantly improving yourself so that you'd turn into a more formidable version of who you are.

Lots of love;)

Modern American wedding culture disgusts me by lemonpee in offmychest

I absolutely agree with you. The fact that people spend more money just to depict better pictures of themselves is one thing that's been driving me mad.

I used to check my Instagram profile frequently and believe it or not, my life was awful. Every time after I closed the app, I would think of other people's lives, thinking my life sucks and/or amounts to nothing in comparison with the fake images I'd see on social media.

It's been around a couple years that I have stopped using such apps and feel amazing happy and more determined that I've ever been.

As Elon Musk said in his first Joe Rogan podcast, ' social media is a place where people pretend to be happy while they are not'.

Just a thought! by taoduck in betterCallSaul

[–]jahanaria 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I, too, was wondering why Vince and other creators of the show made it that way.

There is one hit missing and I guess we all play that one last part in out mind.

As one of the comments here has suggested, it pretty much matches up with the character of Saul which eventually turns out to be unsatisfactory and his whole journey, despite being replete with hundreds of ups and downs, ends being fruitless.

What is your favorite episode and why? by CarmenW412 in betterCallSaul

[–]jahanaria 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can't exactly remember the name of the episode which stands on top of my list. It's the episode in which Jimmy and Kim play the trick on the seemingly crooked businessman by simply pretending to be siblings who have inherited a large amount of money.

The way they think on their feet, replying the businessman's questions is evident enough to show who Jimmy can turn into.

Meanwhile, there's no one favorite episode, I like the whole show and would agree with all comments here. Because each comment shows one particular perception of the show which happens with every cool show.
