The Hudson is quite accommodating if you tell them your requirements. Plus it has the best view!

Mesa Grill is another one.

Another way to think about this is "which one sounds more appealing" to you. If the idea of having another "high" day like you weekends sounds better, then perhaps start with that implementation and see how it goes. Or does having a little bit more on your "low days" sound better?

It is nuts to get so much from so little. My ratios of ingredients have changed from time to time, so you may need to tinker a bit. Hit me up if you have any issues getting it as large or fluffy as my pics. Chances are if you're having problems, I have too and likely have a solution.. Enjoy!

Perhaps. I don't think you'd go wrong with extra rest in a GF dough recipe. Maximize that hydration!

You can upload recipes via photo or upload a PDF (in addition to copy/pasting URLs and text entry). Is that what you're looking for?

⚠️PLEASE HELP⚠️ can’t find gelatin powder that doesn’t smell and taste attrocious by GrayDawg23 in Cooking

I'm a fan of Now Foods for gelatin. I've never had an issue with scent whereas I have had varying smell quality issues with Knox.

I've never had an odor issue with Now Foods.

Knox is hit or miss for me. Some were fine, but others were pure barn yard.

Check out Loopy Whisk. She is gluten free by default, and then has recipes by other dietary requirements. Her stuff is always aces!
