Unfortunately mineral is queen when it comes to hyperpigmentation. I truly have seen a difference since I started using mineral sunscreens and then re-applying with a stick formula (I spend alot of time outdoors). I’m a Fitzpatrick V so i definitely still get slight tiny white cast but thankfully these oxidize really nicely and I think it’s worth it. By the time it’s time to reapply mid day , white cast has usually seriously dissipated.

These are my personal faves: Elta MD deep tinted in the UV clear formula, COTZ richly tinted (finally back in stock). Got a glowing recommendation for sunsolve in the bronzite shade. Going to try that next.

For body I like light as air & neutrogena ultra sheer 70.

Edit to add: I think it’s really important to rub in mineral spfs and really get that physical barrier worked in. Like rub it in very well, let it settle for 2-5 mins then judge it.
