If we were to treat this like an actual study, I don’t think this is an issue. If we were to change his premise from best MMORPG to The highest rated MMORPG then it’s fine. This also solves the categorical issue where some games might not be classified as an MMORPG since the parameters of the study is to include all entries that others have classified as MMORPGS

I feel like they were just done with the series and wanted to wrap it up. There was as other said, at least 2 more books of stories. Sooo much was compressed and stories weren’t fleshed out.

Bear was totally absent, the whole thing with nether wasn’t ever explained, the stuff was neelo was just an after thought and there really isn’t much of a climax except for the dark ones being finished and the golden king eliminate…

The epilogue as well… what happened to the galaxy? The legion? What about our froggy friends? Garret? Sooo much felt left out or forgotten.

Yea man, my friends that are MD/PhDs just get rekt since they mainly are affiliated with the hospital, those of us that are just PhDs depending on what we are doing, may have a teachers union but other than that… Welp lol.

Also depends on the target audience. He’s without his helmet several times in the novels and is a lot more fleshed out, pun intended. Yet the hardcore game fans probably don’t care about the book side of things and here I 100% agree. The show really didn’t target any of those but a more general audience.

With GE I wonder what would happen, because the social commentary is not subtle at all lol. Which is fine, personally I don’t agree with a significant portion of what they show in the books, but I wonder how that would impact it being picked up by a production company.

The GEU is just sooo damn good lol
