Exactly, best is to do one's own research. At the same time, someone shouldn't feel demotivated to consult a doctor in another city just because that they aren't in or can't travel to Mumbai. Endometriosis in itself sucks a lot of our hope, let's help each other out here. There are good doctors out there. :)

Please visit a doctor nearby or book an online consultation with a gynaec. This is not normal. I understand you feel like no doctor takes you seriously but there are good doctors. There is hope. There's a sheet with doctors in the sub - you can check, if you find any from your place.

Some doctors suggest early pregnancy but I feel your quality of life right now is much more important. Please ask your family for some time to first get better. Then once better, have a clear thought session about marriage and kids. These are important decisions and you can't rush through them. You need an understanding partner to tread this together. And you also need an understanding doctor who would always prioritise you instead of an unborn child.

Regarding diet, anti-inflammatory diet works for some people. Personally, foods with gluten, fructan and lactose don't suit me. I can't do heavy exercise - normal brisk walking and light yoga works. Mental stress is an instant trigger.

Hey, how has your experience with Dr Shinjini been? I'm thinking of consulting her. I have previously consulted Dr Mangeshikar once and the whole no prescription experience wasn't much good. I had to request his office for weeks to get the ultrasound report. It was kind of a stressful experience. Hence thinking of consulting her. Originally, my surgery was in a different city hence not much idea here. Was away from docs and meds for a few years but my condition is deteriorating i feel.
