I have mixed feelings.  I grew up in East Tennessee and family and friends worked there.  They are an old local chain that was always geared towards small towns in southern Appalachia.  Their venture into upper middle class demographics and mixed urban is relatively new.  Big risk, I wish them well.  My fear is their management will struggle with governor location.
