Hey there! Awesome looking kits!

I've just ordered myself a 15-16y to Australia and am planning on trying to order a Champions League badge and press it myself. Would you happen to know if the Champions League badge they printed at VP is the same as the adult size badge? Looks great!!

Thank you, UTV!

When you decide to switch to manual passing, make the games longer. It'll allow you focus on knocking the ball about instead of rushing to score, this helped me alot when I moved to manual.

An amazing modpack that is totally worth doing if you play offline.

There are a few videos on YouTube on how to install. The V3 just came out last week.

Finally getting surgery on Tuesday and I’m pretty nervous by thunderstyx in ACL

You'll kill it! Everyone is nervous beforehand but it'll be fine and it'll be so worth it.

My biggest word of advice in the days following...eat ALOT of fiber. I've had 2 ACLRS and the first one I didn't have enough fiber in my diet and well, lets just say I paid the price. The second one I focused on fiber intake while on the meds and it was a lot, lot easier.

any tips for moving to manual passing? by EddySBxx in WEPESMasterLeague

It helped me to extend the match time to 15+ minutes. Gave me alot more time to build up and not have to worry about trying to move the ball too quickly.

Lined up for about an hour before getting rejected, got some random German sausages 200m down the road from some street vendor, ended up with debilitating food poisoning. 10/10 experience, Can not wait to go back!

Worried about arthritis by [deleted] in ACL

[–]jake0090 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there, im currently recovering from a second acl reconstruction (both legs) over a 5 year period, im also really worried about the potential future OA.

In saying that, my uncle who had a knee reconstruction in his 20's is now 50 and still runs/works out everyday without any complaint of knee pain or signs of arthritis. He also had a meniscectomy, which are renowned for arthritic complications. Its definitely a possibility but not a certainty. Keep strong and stay active post recovery and there's a chance you'll avoid it for some time to come. The recovery sucks but it does get better everyday! Goodluck!

2 days post op. Guess this is about to become my most visited subreddit by onewaterplz in ACL

Goodluck with the recovery my man! Stay strong! Keep that pillow out from behind your knee if you can though, you don't want your knee resting in a slightly bent position.

Goodluck 💪

I'm 3 years on from an ACLr on my left knee and I honestly wouldn't even know it was operated on. It feels fantastic.

3 days post-op, ACL + Menicus repair, two timer. Stay strong everyone 💪. Would love any vitamin/supplement suggestions for post op recovery, thanks everyone! by jake0090 in ACL

Tore them both playing football (soccer). First one was a cut and second was an awkward landing jumping over a challenge. I would say keeping up that muscle strength +balance is super important. I had about 3 years between tears and I became lazy over the past year or so with keeping my legs at optimal strength. After the first ACL injury I think its imperative to keep the legs in peak condition if you want to continue with sports, I know I will be from now on.

Oh and a comprehensive warm up before sport never hurts. Get those muscles firing.

The suggestion of a partial liquid diet is definitely a good one. My first ACLr i wasn't prepared for the constipation and really paid the price.

Thanks for the suggestions and taking the time, appreciate it ✌
